Staff remained calm and accommodating during a power outage due to a tornado, ensuring a pleasant stay. Will return under better circumstances.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with extremely comfortable beds. The bathrooms provided full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hotel offered a delicious free breakfast every morning, and it was conveniently located near downtown with plenty of nearby restaurant options. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff during check-in. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and close to popular dining options like McDonald's and Cheddar's. Shopping options such as TJ Maxx and Shoe Carnival are just a few minutes away. The staff made us feel welcome and provided useful information about the area. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It offered convenience, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would consider staying here again in the future, despite the minor complications.

The carpet in the room had some stains, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the employee at check-out seemed less friendly and didn't offer a receipt or ask about our stay.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was spot on. The room was fantastic - spacious, bright, and just what I needed. The location was super convenient, right next to Highway 69, and the staff treated me like a VIP. Big shoutout to Jake and Dave for being so friendly and helpful!

The breakfast could use a little improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. The location was perfect, close to the interstate and within walking distance to several restaurants, making it convenient for business travelers. The rooms were very clean and the staff provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all there, and I found the rooms to be nice and spacious, with comfy beds and lots of pillows and towels. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options to choose from. It was definitely one of the best continental breakfasts I have had in a long time, with different choices each day.

All in all, I had a wonderful stay and couldn't find anything to improve.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and unique look of the lobby and dining area. The warm wood accents made it feel very inviting. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Kelly at the front desk. She had great recommendations for things to do in the area. The rooms were clean and quiet, and although a bit outdated, I was told that the hotel will be undergoing renovations soon. The breakfast offered a good selection, including hot items, which was a nice touch.

No complaints, everything was great.

Ability to extend check out time and borrow a screwdriver (dropping daughter at IU and needed to put desk together). Travel frequently and am always impressed by the friendly staff at this location. Fourth or fifth visit to this location and always pleased with stay.

Room was a good size

Room not cleaned properly each day especially carpet and coffee/tea maker. Hotel copy of safe key could not be found when I wanted to get our passports to check-in online! Had to wait until next day. Breakfast poor.

Comfortable beds, quiet room, great breakfast choices, courteous staff, clean rooms, lovely facilities, awesome robot, beautiful pool, cozy and elegant breakfast area, late check-out, friendly staff, tropical indoor pool with jacuzzi, great location.

The bed was comfortable, the room was fairly clean.

They made a mistake on check in and put us in the wrong room. I just felt like we were kinda skipped over in things.
